The Sparks have been the biggest disappointment in the early going this season. Expected to contend for a title, they sit at 2-7 thus far. Thank goodness they get a team that is worse than them here. Minnesota comes in at 2-8, getting outscored on average by 11 points per game. How bad are the Lynx? They are 6-20 ATS when facing bad teams (teams under .250). This team allowed 99 points to Phoenix last game and they are 2-9 ATS dating back to last season after allowing 90+ last game. I think LA can cover this number against the hapless Lynx.

Atlanta started the season 6-0 but have since lost three of their last four. Was this team a mirage at first? Are they just bad now? Neither is true. The reality is that their record is probably still a bit inflated, but they are a very good team. They have played three of their last four on the road which is a tough place to win in the WNBA. They really have only lost once this season in an upset. All of their other losses (and some wins) have come when they were the underdog. This game they are favored and for good reason. The Silver Stars are just 3-5 on the season and have dropped four of their last five games, getting outscored by 12 points per game in the process. As a road underdog of 6.5 to 9 points, San Antonio is just 14-29 ATS lifetime. They are 12-25 ATS on the road in June. Over the past three seasons, the Stars are 1-8 ATS coming off a home win in which they scored 85+ points. Atlanta is the much superior team here and at home, they should find no problem covering this number.

The Sun are undefeated at home this season, but winless on the road. Indiana is just 2-3 away from home, but they are batting .750 at home sitting at 3-1. The Fever have done it by scoring 76 points per game and that spells trouble for Connecticut. The Sun are just 2-11 ATS the past two seasons on the road vs. teams that average 73+ ppg. Over that same span, Connecticut is 1-9 ATS on the road after scoring 70+ in their last game. I like Indiana at home.
