Sometimes you have to take a look at what is happening around the game. Phoenix went to Sacramento last night and got blown out of the building. So this sets up a fresh revenge situation as they get a chance the very next night for redemption. This is similar to the situation with Detroit and Los Angeles earlier this season. On opening night, Detroit was blown out by 20 in Los Angeles and came home in their very next game and beat the Sparks by 29 - a 49 point turnaround! It's easy to look at a 19 point loss and assume the other team is better, but we see it countless times in sports. The loser comes back in the next game with the greater resolve and greater intensity, and returns the favor. Phoenix lost their last game at home to San Antonio by 22 last year, and were completely out-played. They came back in the opener this year and pounded San Antonio. Phoenix is now 5-0 ATS in their last five at home and 74-50 ATS lifetime in division home games. Sacramento has stumbled in Phoenix to a 1-5 ATS mark in their last six road trips. Phoenix extracts revenge and gets the call here.
