Game: Tulsa at Indiana (7:00 PM Eastern)
Pick: 3 units on Tulsa +14.5 (-110) (risk 3 to win 2.7)
This looks like the ultimate mismatch with a Tulsa team that has a new city, new coach, and 10 new players from the Detroit Shock team that hit the floor a year ago. It is a season full of growing pains, and the Shock have certainly taken their lumps. They face last year’s WNBA Finals loser Indiana, so this number is up too high. The problem however, is this league has rarely delivered winners in these ultimate mismatches. The league has seen 48 teams favored by 11 or more since 2000 and the tally shows the sure-thing favorites at a woeful 13-34-1 ATS. I'll go with Tulsa in this one.

The Minnesota Lynx have had a tough year on the injury front, but did get a big lift when Simeone Augustus came back seven games ago. The team was 2-7 prior to her return, and now that she has her legs and game-conditioning up to speed, they are 3-2 in their last five, despite the fact that four of them were on the road, so they are a much better team than their record indicates. They also dropped a 14-point decision at San Antonio just two games back. The Lynx are also well rested as this is just their third game in 12 days. The Silver Stars own just two road wins all season, and one of those came at 3-13 Tulsa, and the other came at Phoenix who was in a six game losing streak. The Silver Stars are also just 16-35 ATS in their last 51 following an ATS win. I'll ride with Minnesota here.
