Today's WNBA Basketball Picks:

Game: Indiana at Washington (4:00 PM Eastern)
Pick: 4 units on Game Total UNDER 150 +100 (risk 4 to win 4)

This line has gotten inflated due to the fact that both of these teams have gone 4-1 OVER in their last five games. But the fact remains that very few Indiana games reach this many points. And, Washgton is 7-5 to the UNDER in division games, averaging 148.7 per game in these games vs. well-known opponents. When coming off 2+ straight home games and then going on the road, the Fever are 15-2 UNDER lifetime. They are also 12-3 UNDER the past three seasons on the road after scoring 70+ in back-to-back games. If they are coming off a game in which both teams scored 75 or more, the Fever are 16-5 UNDER the past three seasons. I like this one to go UNDER.

Both of the two earlier matchups between these teams went to overtime, so getting five points on one team here is where the value lies. Detroit is only 3-4 at home on the season and 1-7 both SU and ATS in division games. In the road dog role, Connecticut is 21-10 ATS the past three seasons. If they are in that role playing on back-to-back days, they are a perfect 7-0 ATS. I like the Sun plus the points.
