Nhl Game Predictions - November 19, 2008

We nailed our 4 unit underdog play last night for a +2.8 units putting us at +4.3 units over the past five days.  Today we have one play.

Today's NHL Hockey Picks:

Game: Vancouver at New York Rangers (7:30 PM Eastern)
Pick: 3 units on Game Total OVER 5 +110 (risk 3 to win 3.3)

The Rangers are off to a big start and have already played 13 of 21 on home ice. The Canuck's Roberto Luongo was on fire for awhile recording four shutouts in six games, but has since allowed two or more in each of his last three behind the net, so cooling off some. It must be noted the last three in that shutout series was at home. The Canuck's have been very porous defensively on the road where they have allowed 33 goals in nine games. That is 3.7gpg. It has led them to playing seven of nine to the OVER on the road. Rangers are coming in having played 5-2-1 to the over vs the Northwest and my call here is OVER the total.
