Buffalo's back is to it. They are down 0-2 and need to get a win in Ottawa or they are done. This matchup is just too favorable for the Senators. Unless they let down, we think they should actually get the sweep. They beat Buffalo three out of four times here at home this season. Buffalo's offense has shown very little life. They are 0-for-12 vs. Ottawa on power plays and they have scored just 14 goals in their last six games. Despite stellar overall numbers on the season, Buffalo is just 18-16 vs. division opponents, allowing them to score 3.4 goals per game! Ottawa is now 16-7 this season vs. very good teams that outscore their opponents by 0.3+ goals per game. We look for Ottawa to avoid the letdown here and take the 3-0 lead.
