We got the win again on San Jose in our last pick. We're 18-9 now in the playoffs and 80% overall since the start of April. One small pick tonight.

Game: Ottawa at Buffalo (7:05 PM Eastern)
Pick: 1 star on Ottawa -131

Ottawa is obviously desparate here. After dropping the first two at home, they need a win here to have any shot at continuing in the playoffs. Buffalo managed two victories - very impressive. But, they were each by one goal - no blowouts here. Ottawa has been a bit unlucky in my opinion. They have outshot Buffalo by a ton, but just haven't gotten the goals. The Senators don't mind playing on the road. They were a very impressive 25-18 away from home this season. They scored 3.8 per game on the road and won by an average of one full goal per game. Their shots are bound to start going in at a higher rate as they converted 12.2% on the road this season. Buffalo was tough at home this season but this one comes down to need and pride. Ottawa lean here.
