![]() Today's NHL Hockey Picks: The Boston Bruins turned their season around late, and have extended that into the post-season. They are coming off a thrilling 5-4 overtime win in game one and a couple of things have changed. The Bruins were losing those kind of game through the first half of the season, and they have mustered offense when needed, and have an ace behind the net in Tuukka Rask. The Bruins have gotten a lot of big games out of Rask, and it has boosted their offense, as when he doesn't seem to have it they still find a way to win. The Flyers have struggled on the road as a dog where they have now dropped eight of their last 10, while the Bruins have been perfect at 6-0 in their last six as a home favorite. I'll go with Boston here.Game: Philadelphia at Boston (7:05 PM Eastern) Pick: 1 unit on Boston -1.5 goals +210 (puckline) (risk 1 to win 2.1) The Flyers have been a disastrous team on the road as a dog, where they have managed just two wins in their last 10. Meanwhile the Bruins are living large as a favorite winning their last six. This team is looking a lot more like last year’s team than the one we saw early on and through the middle of the season this year. Rask has empowered the defense, but it has also given the Bruins more offense. I like Boston on the puckline. Results: 1-1 ![]() NHL Hockey Picks Resources:
