2-1 last night including the second straight 5-star winner with Buffalo. 14-6 now in the playoffs. One game I like tonight. While my systems tell me Detroit should definitely win, I've been wrong on them more often than not this postseason so I'll pass on that game and focus instead on the matchup betweenm Calgary and Anaheim.

Back and forth this series goes. We were on Calgary during their "turn" last game. Now we'll switch back to Anaheim for theirs. The Ducks are 2-1 at home in this series for a reason. On the season they scored 3.5 goals per game at home as they averaged 33.4 shots on goal and 21.2% power play conversion. Calgary is more about defense. While they held opponents to 2.5 goals per game on the year, that number ballooned to 3.1 on the road. They were just 17-26 overall on the year away from home as their pedestrian offense couldn't keep up. Big home ice advantage here in my mind and as such, we'll back the Ducks for the small price.
