Calgary's defense is the weak link in this game. They are allowing 3.1 per game on the road this season and have allowed 14 goals in their last four games. The Flames have not been able to take advantage of weak offenses as theya re just 17-20 the past two seasons vs. teams averaging under 2.6 goals per game. They are 10-18 as a road favorite over that span including 7-17 in the -100 to -150 range. We'll back the home dog in this one.

San Jose's longest ever winning streak ended at eleven last game. We look for an emotional letdown here following that loss and facing the lowly Kings. San Jose is actually just 10-13 in division games this season, scoring 2.5 goals per game. Just 28-45 overall, LA is 10-8 vs. good defensive teams this season (those averaging under 2.6 goals per game allowed). They are 8-1 the past three seasons at home coming off a shutout and this is a good spot for a surprise win. We also like this to be a low-scoring game thanks to San Jose's lackluster offense but solid defense. The Sharks are 16-11 UNDER on the road this season and LA is 4-1 UNDER in their last five and 14-8 UNDER vs. division foes. San Jose is 6-1 UNDER in their last seven vs. losing opponents.
