Vancouver is struggling right now having lost four of their last five. In those four losses they scored just 6 total goals. They are just 5-10 this season vs. bad teams (those getting outscored by 0.3+ goals per game). St. Louis has a decent shot here and there's value on them on the moneyline. St. Louis is 16-6 OVER in post All-Star play the past two seasons vs. losing teams. They are also 22-13 OVER off a loss over this season and last. St. Louis and the OVER.
