Game: Ottawa at Anaheim (10:00 PM Eastern)
Pick: 3 units on Ottawa +115 (moneyline) (risk 3 to win 3.5)
Anaheim is on a roll since the return of Teemu Selanne, having won ten of eleven. Ottawa has dropped three of four and seven of ten, resulting in the loss of their coach. So why do we like the Senators here? Anaheim is due for a fall and Ottawa is a team that can deal it to them. The Senators are 17-14 on the road, scoring 3.2 per game. The Ducks are just 11-13 at home the past two seasons vs. teams allowing 3+ goals per game. They are also 16-20 over that span when playing with two days rest and 1-6 after winning 5 straight games.

The Canadiens should be favored here. They are 20-13 on the road, scoring 3.2 per game. San Jose is 14-18 at home, scoring just 2.5 per game. Yes, San Jose's defense is playing well right now but so is Montreal's. In post All-Star play, the SHarks are 5-12 at home vs. winning teams. Overall this season they are 4-8 at home vs. teams that average 2.9+ goals per game! They are also 6-12 this season as a home favorite of less than -200.
