Premium Picks

We rate each pick 1 to 5 units with 5 being the strongest play (read about units).
Risk 1% of your bankroll per unit (never risk more than 5% of total bankroll on any pick).

Game: Toronto at Philadelphia (7:00 PM Eastern)
Pick: 3 units on Game Total OVER 6 -122 (risk 3 to win 2.5)

Toronto scores 3.4 goals per game on the road while allowing 3.2. Philadelphia allows 3.8 at home and while averaging 2.7 scored on the year, they have been pouring it in of late, averaging 3.8 per game on offense over their last five games. They are 15-10 OVER at home this season. The past two seasons, Philly is 17-4 OVER in the second half of the season vs. teams scoring 2.9+ goals per game. Toronto is 13-4 OVER during that span when coming off 3+ straight losses.

Game: New York Rangers at Carolina (7:00 PM Eastern)
Pick: 4 units on Game Total UNDER 6 -104 (risk 4 to win 3.9)

Four of the last six in this matchup have gone UNDER the total. New York is 16-8 UNDER this season vs. losing teams and 20-7 UNDER vs. teams that allow 3+ goals per game. Games with a total of 6 or more featuring a home team coming off a low scoring game (3 or fewer goals) vs. an opponent off a high-scoring game (7+ goals) have gone UNDER 71% of the time over the past five seasons.

Game: Anaheim at Phoenix (9:00 PM Eastern)
Pick: 2 units on Game Total UNDER 6 -123 (risk 2 to win 1.6)

Anaheim has dominated this matchup of late winnign 11 of the last 13 games. The last two resulted in a total of four goals being scored. Anaheim's offense has dried up (1.8 per game over their last five) while their defense remains stout. Phoenix' offense has also gone cold. Outside of one high-scoring game at San Jose, the past five Ducks games have averaged 2.8 total goals per game. Their defense should hold Phoenix down and this should be a low-scoring affair.
