Today's NHL Hockey Picks:
Game: Nashville at Chicago (8:30 PM Eastern)
Pick: 3 units on Nashville +175 (moneyline) (risk 3 to win 5.3)
The Chicago Blackhawks have simply not been playing well for over a month now. They have won just three games since February 21 that did not end in a shootout or overtime. Their overall mark stands at 7-12 over their last 19 games, and they are just a .500 team at home during that same stretch. The Predators are playing well, winners of three of their last four games, and have been a ,500 hockey team on the road in their last 14. The Predators are also 9-2 in their last 11 against an opponent off of scoring two goals or less in their last game. The Blackhawks will be playing their fourth game in six nights - a situation where they are a woeful 22-58-4 over their last 84 games. I will take the Predators as a big dog in this one.
