The Buffalo Sabres work behind the net and the defensive end has been missing over the last two and a half weeks. The Sabres have now allowed 28 goals in their last seven games, or four per contest. It has led them to playing over in nine of their last ten. Their last seven games have featured an amazing 54 goals scored or 7.7 a game, with none producing less than six. Atlanta has been in the same mode as their last six have gone over, and 13 of their last 16. The Thrashers have also been 22-6-1 to the over in their last 29 following a win. These teams have followed that same course when they have met each other as the over has been 7-1-1 in their last nine meetings. I like this one to go OVER the total.
