Akron sure takes on the face of a different team when they play in front of the home crowd. The Zips have not had too many potent teams, but when playing at home they can bring it. The Zips are 25-10 SU in their last 35 at home. Bowling Green has also taken on a different personality away from home, as they have gone just 12-31 SU in their last 43 on the road. They certainly have not had any success playing at Akron either, as their last win here came all the way back in 1997. This Akron team has given up 35.5 points per game on the road, but a much stingier 19.3 ppg at home. The Zips have barked loud in the role of a home dog, going 16-5-1 ATS in their last 22 in that role. Ohio has struggled on turf, covering just two of their last 10, and have been equally bad bets as a road favorite, posting just a 5-12 mark ATS. They are just 3-9 ATS over their last 12 on the road. Look for the Zips to be a live home dog, that should win this one outright.
