![]() Today's NCAA Basketball Picks: George Mason has rattled off six-straight wins and stand 7-0 in CAA play. The Huskies have been on the winning side of five of their last six, and have claimed wins at Providence and Indiana. The Huskies are an experienced disciplined team that don't beat themselves as they average just 12 turnovers a game this season. Both of these teams are similar in tempo as they execute out of a patient offense. George Mason is in an underdog role here, one in which they don't find themselves in very often. The problem is the oddsmakers have been right in each and every occurrence as George Mason is 0-5 ATS as a dog and 0-5 straight up as a dog. The Huskies have the experience to take them down at home as they have in the last two seasons. I'm going with the Huskies on the moneyline here. Game: Wyoming at T C U (8:00 PM Eastern) Pick: 4 units on T C U -362 (moneyline) (risk 4 to win 1.1) The Cowboys have not had much success on the road this season as they have broken through just once, as a favorite, against Loyola, MD. After losing their home opener to Nebraska, TCU has now won their last eight straight on their home court. The Horned Frogs have only lost on their home court as a favorite just once since Jan. of 2006! It is a tough place to play and they are off a big win as a dog at home against UNLV. It will be difficult for a poor Cowboys’ road team to find a way to win this one against a team that has been rolling for quite some time at home. I'll grab the Frogs on the moneyline here. Game: Baylor at Kansas State (9:00 PM Eastern) Pick: 3 units on Baylor +3.5 (-110) (risk 3 to win 2.7) After all the negative happenings around the Bears’ program a few years ago and games getting cancelled, they have rebounded in a big way. The Bears are 14-3 and certainly in the mix come tourney time. The Bears should certainly carry no shame for their three losses, which were against teams with a combined 43-8 record. Kansas State has lost a lot from last season, and they didn't show-up early as their schedule was very soft. The three games they played against viable competition, all went in the loss column and since Big-12 play has begun, they have not put one in the win column either at 0-3. The Wildcats have proven that they can beat the cupcakes at 11-0, but are currently 0-6 against the teams that they have faced that brings to the table what the Bears do here. I'll go with Baylor in this one. ![]() NCAA Basketball Picks Resources:
