Game: Syracuse at Georgetown (7:00 PM Eastern)
Pick: 3 units on Syracuse +11.5 (-110) (risk 3 to win 2.7)
You don't see Syracuse absorb too many double-digit losses at home. In the last seven years it has only happened seven times, with the home loss to Villanova on Saturday being the seventh. The first six times it has happened, Syracuse has come back strong and won all six games, so we expect an inspired effort tonight. Syracuse has a lot of athletic players that can find the rim. They shoot better than 50% on the season, and we like good-shooting teams getting double-digits. There has really only been three tough games on Georgetown's schedule to date and they have lost two of them. The big blow-out win over Notre Dame, coupled with the big Syracuse loss at home to Nova, distorts the view of these teams and adds line value on the ‘Cuse, and we will back them here.
