Ncaa March Madness Brackets - January 11, 2010

We had a HUGE day yesterday on the college hardwood going 6-0, including two 5 unit wins (Northwestern +8 and a parlay on Indiana State, Arizona State and Maryland) and hitting an 8 point underdog to win on the moneyline at the +290 odds also with Northwestern. We grabbed over 26 units yesterday bringing our six week CBB totals to 90-63 for +78.3 units. Today we have one premium selection for you.

Today's NCAA Basketball Picks:

Game: Rider at Marist (7:30 PM Eastern)
Pick: 3 units on Rider -7.5 (-110) (risk 3 to win 2.7)

This has already been a long year for the Marist Red Foxes as they have only been able to win a single game on the season and enter here at a depressing 1-14. What is even more eye-opening is the fact that Marist in their 15 games is losing by an average of 12.1ppg and that is to a schedule that ranks #301 amongst the weakest in the country! Rider has proven worthy with a 14 point win at Miss St., have gone to OT with Rutgers and beaten St. Joe's. There is a lot more distance between these teams than 8 points and homecourt is not much of an issue here as the Red Foxes are drawing around 1,500 a game and a bunch of those are rooting for the otherside. I'll go with Rider here.
