We hit two of three last night to boost our two month college hoops run to 136-114 for +47 units. Today we go with a trio of premium CBB picks.

Today's NCAA Basketball Picks:

Game: South Florida at Notre Dame (12:00 PM Eastern)
Pick: 3 units on South Florida +8 (-110) (risk 3 to win 2.7)

The South Florida Bulls have been bad for so long that the oddsmakers aren't sure what to do with them here. What they have done is fail to recognize that this is a completely different Bulls team, one that is much better. The Bulls are 5-1 in their last six conference games, and have covered six straight. The last two wins coming against Pitt and Georgetown. Notre Dame lost to the Bulls by a single point in South Florida, but it is the Bulls that have gotten better since that one not the Irish. The Bulls are also 40-14 ATS after a straight-up win. I'll go with South Florida in this one.

Syracuse comes into Cincinnati with just one loss on the season and has a Final Four look, especially with the surprise season Wesley Johnson, the Iowa State transfer, has had. Johnson has come from obscurity, to a lottery pick in the NBA. The Bearcats have been equal to the feat of the Cuse at home where they have just a single loss sandwiched around 11 wins, and that was just by 3 points to Pitt. This is a team that has beaten as mentioned Pitt, but also Vanderbilt and Maryland, and lost in OT to Gonzaga and Xavier, so the Bearcats have what it takes to hang in or win this one. I'll go with Cincinnati here.

The Marist Red Foxes are amongst the worst teams in NCAAB this season. Marist has dropped 11 in a row and has just one win to show for the season. They have not come within 15 points of any team at home in their last seven. Iona comes in at 17-7 on the season, seeing an eight-game winning streak come to the end at the hands of conference leader Siena. The Gaels have been covering everything in sight at 7-2 ATS in their last nine and hold a huge advantage in this one, so I'll lay the big points on the road and go with Iona.
