College Basketball Picks - February 01, 2009

We had another rough one on the college hardwood yesterday - winning just one pick. Our three and a half week CBB run is now 42-29, hitting 59% for +22.1 units. One premium play today.

Today's NCAA Basketball Picks:

Game: Loyola, Maryland at Fairfield (2:00 PM Eastern)
Pick: 3 units on Fairfield -3 (-110) (risk 3 to win 2.7)

The Stags finally broke their three-game losing streak last time out with a needed win over Marist. Two of the losses during the three-game losing run were at home, which is their only two home losses of the year. The Greyhounds have won six straight, but dropped their game earlier to Fairfield at home. On the season they have been just 5-7 on the road. Fairfield is the better team and the line is being held down by the three losses, but the Stags have righted the ship, and I look for them to get the win and cover at home today.
