The Indiana Pacers have now played seven straight games to the UNDER. That is a bit misleading, as none of those games were against teams ranked in the bottom 10 in points allowed per game. Against those teams, which includes Chicago, are 13-4-1 to the OVER, with the average total points scored in those games at 221. The Bulls have suddenly vaulted themselves up as a playoff contender, and it has been all offense as they are 17-11 in their last 28, averaging 105.2 points per game. The Bulls have been even stronger offensively off a 10+ point win, which has led to a 23-8 mark to the OVER after a double-digit win. I like this one to go OVER the total.

The Phoenix Suns’ playoff hopes are on life support, as they trail Dallas by three games with just nine to play for the eighth and final slot in the Western Conference. They have Memphis, Sacramento twice, along with Minnesota, and Golden State, as well as a head-to-head matchup with the Mavs, so this becomes like a playoff game for them. The schedule is easy with what they have left, so I would expect a playoff-type effort here. The Suns have played better as they have won five of their last six. After a long hot streak, Utah has cooled off going just 3-4 over their last seven. I like the Suns to keep this one close.
