Miami has been 50-31 to the first-half UNDER, after scoring 105+ points. They have also played UNDER in the first half in 29 of 45 games within the division.

These teams have taken different paths this season. Washington opened 17-3 at home, and appeared to be virtually unbeatable on their home court. They have since been just a pedestrian 8-6 at home, and have gone just 6-11 in their last 17 games overall. Philadelphia couldn't win on the road early, as they opened 5-20, but since have been 5-5. These teams have played dead even over the last 40 games, as they are both 20-20, but Philadelphia is on the incline, and Washington on the decline. We will take the liberal points in this one.

It is hard to understand a team that has been 11-24 over their last 35 games and 4-16 on the road when favored. Orlando has had a total meltdown, as they came out of the gate fast, but their season has gotten progressively worse as the season progressed. The Celtics have actually played above .500 over the last month at 8-7. Wrong team favored in this one.
