The Houston Rockets have done a reasonably good job, but the injury issues have played into their lack of success at home vs. the poor teams. It's a team that is in need of conserving energy vs. bad teams, and it shows in the ATS column. They have really struggled at home vs. teams they shouldn't as they are just 3-5 straight-up, and 1-7 ATS in their last eight at home vs. a losing team. The Clippers are far from a good team, but that has been the most dangerous foe for the Rockets. Another byproduct of injuries is the Rockets 3-13 ATS mark on no days rest. I'll go with Los Angeles here.
