Nba Free Picks - March 20, 2010Over the last two weeks we are 15-2 on the NBA floor for 88% and +42 units. Today we feature a 5-unit and a 4-unit NBA play. We nailed our 5-unit pick last night as the Charlotte vs. Atlanta game came in UNDER the total. Our 5-unit NBA, CBB and NHL picks are now 106-61 on the season.
![]() Today's NBA Basketball Picks: The Dallas Mavericks made some moves to position themselves to compete all the way to the Western Finals and beyond. Caron Butler and Brendon Haywood have given them 26 points per game and 13 rebounds per game in the 14 games since the trade. The Mavericks are 13-1 in the 14 games, so the trade appears to have upgraded a good team to a very good one. Boston started the season on the fast track, but it looks like they aged overnight, and the winning consistency has become sporadic. The Celtics are just barely a .500 team over their last 40 games at 21-19 and more importantly, just 5-15-1 ATS vs. teams with a winning percentage of over .600, while the Mavs are a perfect 6-0 ATS vs. teams with a road winning percentage of over .600. I'll go with Dallas here.Game: Boston at Dallas (9:00 PM Eastern) Pick: 5 units on Dallas -180 (moneyline) (risk 5 to win 2.8) The Mavs added Haywood and Caron Butler 14 games ago, and have proceeded to go 13-1 with the new additions. The Celtics are just 21-19 in their last 40 games, and against .600+ teams are just 5-1 ATS. Dallas has won each of their last six vs. teams with a road winning percentage of greater than .600, and has won all seven games since the addition vs. teams with a winning record on the season. I'll go with Dallas on the moneyline. ![]() NBA Basketball Picks Resources:
