The Charlotte Bobcats are a vastly improved team, and the most surprising aspect of that would be the fact that they lead the NBA in fewest points allowed per game. Couple that with an inconsistent offense and this team often plays a low-scoring game. The Bobcats have not allowed 100 points in eight straight games. The Hawks play a much better brand of defense at home, allowing just one of their last 13 opponents to reach 100, not counting overtime. This is a game featuring two teams that have been at their defensive best over the last month, so I'll go with the UNDER in this one.
