Nba Betting Predictions - February 26, 2009
We had a rough go of it last night on the NBA wood as we managed to connect on just two of five premiuim picks. Despite last night's etback, we are still rolling along at 57% over the last three and a half months as we are 181-134 for +96.9 units. Today we are back with one 5-unit pick from a light NBA schedule.

Game: Cleveland at Houston (8:00 PM Eastern)
Pick: 5 units on Game Total UNDER 186 -110 (risk 5 to win 4.6)
The Cleveland Cavaliers have been the best defensive team in the NBA this season, allowing just over 90 points per game. Houston has also been a good defensive team over the years and this season is no exception as they are allowing less than 95 ppg. The Rockets have lost Tracy McGrady. While a bad development for them overall, it seems to have fueled the defensive intensity as they have allowed just 85.6 ppg in his latest five-game absence. The Cavs have a record of 20-7 to the UNDER after an ATS win while the Rockets are 6-2 to the UNDER as a home dog. The UNDER in this series has cashed in eight of the last 10 meetings as the defenses have played superb. Of the last six played in Houston, five of them have gone UNDER. I like this one to finish UNDER the posted total.
