Game: San Antonio at Atlanta (7:05 PM Eastern) Pick: 4 units on San Antonio -7.5 Pick: 3 units on Game Total OVER 182.5 -110
San Antonio has done a great job against bad teams on the road. The last three years they have won 17 of 27 games against teams that have 30-wins or less by double digits. That includes wins this year over Philadelphia and Memphis by 14 points, New Orleans (before they got healthy) by 35 and 26 points, and beat Charlotte by 20. They have won five of six by double digits. Atlanta has not done so well against the good teams at home. Lost to Toronto by 12, Cleveland by 11 and 13, Denver by 13 and lost to Indiana by 10 points, so five of their nine losses were by double digits, and they are a meager 2-7 ATS. Look for San Antonio to come away with a comfortable double-digit win tonight. Additionally, San Antonio has averaged 102-points per game (PPG) against these teams on the road as well, while Atlanta has been giving up 100 points on the nose. Atlanta has averaged 93 points, so we will also look for this one to go OVER.
Game: Charlotte at Minnesota (8:05 PM Eastern) Pick: 3 units on Game Total OVER 191 -110
Charlotte has played much better over the last several weeks of the season, while Minnesota has been struggling. Minnesota has struggled to stop everyone, while Charlotte has been doing a better job offensively than they have at any point in their franchise history! Minnesota gives up just 97.5-ppg on the season, but a closer look shows that over their last 17 games they are giving up 102.5-ppg! Charlotte has managed to get to the 100-point marker just four times in their first 22 games, but has since reached it on 16 of 31 occasions. Minnesota has played 19 of their last 25 games to the OVER because they are not playing any defense, and with Charlotte coming together offensively, we will play the OVER.
