The Boston Celtics’ new cast of stars is learning an important reality. They came out excited and hot, but they learned that the season is long, and the value of every game is minimal. Pacing themselves through the season is a learned part of what the rigors and journey entail. The Celtics could probably cover 75% of their games if they treated each like a playoffs game, but the reality is just win a bunch and be in the right position to make a run for a title. That has led to three covers in 12 games, but a very good overall showing. Charlotte was humiliated in Boston by 31 points and was held to just 59 points. You know that they will bring it all for this one. Charlotte has played Boston very tough with two wins and a one-point loss since the C's have been good again. This is a good spot for Charlotte who will be fired up here. The Celtics could get tagged with a loss here if they aren't careful. I'll go with Charlotte in this one.
