Free Horse Racing Systems - October 31, 2007Happy Halloween!! Our big winner came from Delaware race No. 6 yesterday, as our suggested triple play hit for 372.20! Today, all four of our selections and accompanying analysis will be from Aqueduct. Today's Best Bet is #3 Miss General in Race #2 at Belmont Park. Tuesday's Results: Delaware Race #4 Top Pick winner #1 (Casey's Irish Pride) Paid $2.80. Exacta Top with 3rd pick Paid $14.80.
Delaware Race #6 suggested triple play (9-3-8) Paid $372.20. Today's Horse Racing Picks: (# 5) EARHART - Drops dramatically for her first race for trainer Mike Hushion. Formerly with Tom Bush and Graham Motion, so mare has been in some good barns. Probably will wind up stalking in here, but a try for the top in this mostly paceless group would be no surprise. (# 8) College Girl - Very close to the top pick on ability, and she has speed, goes second off a layoff, and draws a good post. Lots of things to like. One of the top two should win this. (# 2) Roxanne's Dancer - Still has some ability, and her last pair show some forward movement. Has been successful around two-turns, but in this field, she has strong finishing power. (# 7) Shoot the Bugler - Drops considerably for this and that can only help her be more competitive. She's been stale of late, but may sneak into the bottom of the exotics. AQUEDUCT Race #TWO (1:30 PM Eastern) (# 3) MISS GENERAL - Speed shown in debut over Keeneland's Poly surface in spring unveiling. Off until Saratoga, she encountered problems at the start, and ran evenly therafter. Sire, "Posse" is off to a great start at stud, and this filly cost $300,000. Nice field to show her stuff against. (# 2) Huge Party - Speed shown in a pair of maiden-claimers at the Spa. On the sidelines since, she is working steadily with a nice drill on Sept. 25 on the Spa. training track. Rail and speed was a good combination this past Sunday. (# 4) Streetprice - Firster from Wesley Ward, and she has many sharp drills to her credit dating back to late June. Filly by "Stree Cry*" sold for $10,000 less that sire's stud fee. May have some issues. (# 8) Lynchburg Lady - Drops into a claimer for the first time after two tries against straight maidens, one each on dirt and turf. May improve on the drop. AQUEDUCT Race #FOUR (2:25 PM Eastern) (# 7) TITAN OF INDUSTRY - Logical selection ran a steady second in debut at Belmont. Has already been gelded (cost $285,000 by "Giant's Causeway"). Has worked three times for Rick Violette since the initial race on Sept. 26. (# 1a) First King - Has been given five weekes between starts by the Jackson/Contessa barn. Previous three were pretty close together. Has two-turn experience, and has shown just enough ability to have a shot at a good price. (# 2) Storming Off - Trained very well for initial run, but it's never easy to debut at seven furlongs. Stayed on well but was wide the entire race. Being by "Theatrical" the switch to the grass should come readily enough. Pletcher is 25% with second-time starters. (# 8) Manitowish Ridge - Best race to date came around two-turns, just like this contest. Was in position in last but never really threatened down the lane. Obvious contender, but holds no real advantage. AQUEDUCT Race #SIX (3:20 PM Eastern) (# 6) PELELIU - Bet down to 4-5 in her first race on October 14. Had no chance after rearing up when the gate opened. Obviously needs an alert beginning, but it's good to see Johnny V. taking the reride. Ward has had his usual high-percentage year, but his New York division has been under-achieving. Would take a chance and "key" the top pair in tris, with the other picks underneath. (# 7) Sweet Bama Breeze - Excellent effort at six furlongs on the grass in debut run. Scratched the other day (when the track was off), so this is the spot they picked for dirt debut. Fine drill on the Belmont Park training track for this. (# 1) Wise Choice - Rail, and the inside in general was great on Sunday. This filly is improving with each start and is more than capable of a board finish. (# 8) City of Lights - Scratched the other day to await this spot. Poor getaways in first pair have hindered her showing what she's got. Still got near the top in both. Clean start should have her involved early. (# 2) All the Right Notes - Nice efforts in last pair, but will probably need to be much quicker to get in the first flight out of the gate. Tri and super candidate. Horse Racing Picks Resources:
