With Belmont Park and Calder Race Course dark today, we have selections and analysis on four races from Delaware, Philadelphia Parks and Meadowlands race track.

Today's Best Bet is #4 Stag Dancer in Race #4 at Philadelphia Park.

Monday's Results: Delaware Park Race #3 Top Pick Winner #3 (Light's On Angel) Paid $4.80. Exacta Top Pick with 2nd pick (3-1) Paid $13.40. Trifecta Exact Order (3-1-4) Paid $24.80. 

Delaware Park Race #4 Top Pick Winner #3 (No Exposure) Paid $7. Exacta Top Pick with 2nd pick (3-6) Paid $21. Trifecta (3-6-5) Paid $70.20.                               

Calder Race #4 Exacta 3rd pick with Top Pick (8-6) Paid $24.80. Trifecta (8-6-1) Paid $55. Superfecta (8-6-1-5) Paid $303.

Today's Horse Racing Picks:

PHILADELPHIA PARK Race #FOUR (1:45 PM Eastern)

(# 4) STAG DANCER - Ships down from Belmont Park for trainer Anthony Dutrow. Has been facing much tougher all season, and she drops well below the claimed price of $30,000 on August 22.

(# 1) Bayatthemoon - Tactical speed and the hedge. She's as good as she's ever been and the level is fine. Will be involved in the race from the opening bell.

(# 3) Remberthecowgirl - Likes this particular distance (10-3-2-1) on turf which on the East Coast is unique to Philly Park. Likes to race just off the lead, a good place to be.

(#'s 5 and 12) Stacy's Favorite and All Night Rebe - Would use this pair in small exacta boxes with the top selection.

(# 6) YES IT'S ME - There's not a lot of speed signed up here so would expect this filly to try and outfoot them early. Goes for three in a row and doubles in claiming price.

(# 7) Return to Tiffany - Last was the first in her career over a distance of ground. Has enough speed to stay close and also has proven finishing power. Very dangerous.

(# 2) Speak Louder - Late mover draws a good post to save some ground before trying to rally around the far turn. Needs to find a bit more kick.

(# 4) Jewel - Broke maiden in start No. 10 two races back. Tried tougher first time against winners, and did pretty well. Drops a peg for this and would like a lively pace to close into.

(# 6) DEAN'S LIST - Ships from Belmont for her first race ever at Delaware. Has raced against tougher and is in fine racing shape. Close-up style fits the profile needed.

(# 4) Art Show - Came back from a short freshening with a good effort at Laurel. Showed a lot of talent in 2006, and may be coming around again.

(# 5) Royal Alchemist - Makes her first U.S. start after being in the mid-east and Europe her whole career. Obviously has ability, but hasn't run since February. Goes with Lasix today, and it can work wonders on these older runners.

(#'s 1 and 3) Buy the Barrel and Heathersdaddysba - Would use this pair in small exacta boxes with the top selection.

(# 1) DISCREET CHARMER - Tough race on view, but a good betting affair. Gelding ran evenly in his last pair at Delaware, but not all horses like that course. Ran well at Monmouth and draws the rail here. Should be about 4-5 lengths off the lead, and needs to avoid traffic on this tight course. Good shot with his kick in the lane.

(# 8) Brokerage House - Close-up runner enters this in good shape having just cleared an entry-level allowance level. Lightly raced and well-bred, he's in the good care of Mike Matz.

(# 4) Hurrah - By his overall record, this is not his best surface, but he's very sharp right now, and is coming off his best race ever. May surprise them all at a square price.

(# 's 2 and 6) Flirtatious Smile and Tungsten - Odds should be square, so maybe use these pair in small exacta boxes with the top two.
