Free Horse Racing Tips - November 11, 2007

Today we have selections and analysis on five races from Aqueduct and Hollywood Park.

Today's Best Bet is #3 Factual Contender in Race #4 at Aqueduct.

Today's Horse Racing Picks:

AQUEDUCT Race #TWO (12:55 PM Eastern)

(# 2) STUNT MAN - Talented three-year-old has proven to be a good runner at various tracks and distances. A mile or today's seven-furlong distance would appear to be his best. Overmatched and outrun in last (the Jerome) he fits snuggly with this group today.

(# 3) Gold and Roses - Veteran stakes sprinter at this level, may be ready for a top try. If in the mood can still run a big race. Blinkers come off and Coa takes the reins.

(# 8) Smash - Scratched out of yesterday's ninth race to await this stakes. Gets blinkers on, has some tractable speed and draws a good post.

(# 4) Good Card - May get a very good trip in here especially if the pace is fast/contested. Will sit about 5-6 lengths from the lead and make a run turning for home.

(# 3) FACTUAL CONTENDER - Logical contender and probable favorite. Fits on all levels and will be hard to keep out of first or second place. Key her in those two positions with the other selections in tris.

(# 7) Artistic Express - She won this race last season, but has not been the same filly this year. Has had some wide trips on the grass, and last pair were dirt efforts. May do her best today.

(# 1) Follow My Dream - Wide journey in latest, and draws the hedge today. Very capable of a good late run, and should save all the ground.

(# 6) Higher Incentive - Has been running evenly of late for the Contessa Barn. Mid-pack runner may get a piece of this late.

(# 8) Baby Gray - Solid runner has a decent pair of turf runs earlier this year at Belmont. Possible pace setter may hang around a long time.

(# 5) Tamberino - Makes only her second start in a year. Very quick when in the running mood, and latest pair of works, along with Coa's presence, says she may improve greatly today.

(# 9) Cammy's Choice - Probable speed from the outside. May have to stalk the top pick as I think she's quicker than this lightly-raced miss. Can stalk successfully and has the best post for her style.

(# 3) Waytotheleft - Freshened up sine late July for the Contessa operation. Had started to tail off a bit, so the rest looks warranted. Working steadily and well for the return. She's the only runner with two wins over this surfsce.

(# 1) Duchess of Rokeby - Much improved runner gets a good post for her late running style. Can save all the ground and let things play out up front before launching a bid.

(# 8) FLYING ON HOME - Appears to be coming around a bit. Last pair with blinkers showed some interest. Nice post to stalk from and may sit a nice trip before rallying. Good price on this runner.

(# 9) Warren's Gold - Drops off an initial run, which saw a wide trip in a race with a runaway winner. Draws well and Nakatani sticks. Worked fine at this distance before the debut.

(# 3) Encantada - Blinkers go on filly who showed speed from a poor post (12) in debut. Stayed on well to finish fourth.

(# 4) Top it Off - Goes second off a ten week layoff for a sharp outfit (Matlow). Good efforts in first pair, and added distance today should help her out.

(# 11) LUCK - Last an improvement with first-time blinkers. From this post, I think she'll get a great trip in the clear, about 3-5 lengths from the lead. Can launch a winning rally from there in the center of the track.

(# 9) Golden Manna - This is start No. 17 today without getting that first win. Has speed, and can stalk before making a run. Obvious contender, meets a weak field for a maiden special.

(# 10) Satin Queen - Goes second off a two-month layoff and also tries a distance for the first time. Needs to show some better speed from the gate as she can ill afford to drop too far behind.

(# 3) Cupid's Gallop - Last showed some good progress. As a daughter of "Victory Gallop" it's not surprising that she seems to like distance racing.

(# 5) Maternal Instinct - Has improved in each of three starts. Appears to be approaching what may be her best. Increase in distance is a question mark for her.
