Free Horse Racing Tips - June 11, 2008Belmont Park has a large pick-6 carry-over mainly from the failed effort of "Big Brown" who was undoubtedly singled in 99% of the wagers last Saturday. Starting the day there is $1,300,000 in the pool and it will grow to over $3 million before the start of it with the fourth race. We have included three races in the pick-6 with our selections and analysis. A reminder that this Friday Belmont will begin it's twilight racing series with post time at 3:00 pm (EST). Today's Best Bet is #6 Wolfson in Race # 2 at Belmont Park. Tuesday's Results: Delaware Park Race #2 Best Bet Winner #5 (Gambler's Prize) $3.60.Exacta Best Bet with second pick (5-1) $7.80.
Delaware Park Race #7 Top Pick #3 (Salle De Bain) finished second $5.60 to place. Today's Horse Racing Picks: (# 6) WOLFSON - Seemed to me that he ran a bit rank last out in the early stages of a mile race. Never responded after that. Trainer Bill Mott drops him into a claimer for the first time and shortens him back up to six furlongs. Nice drill on June 2 and all things point his way. (# 4) Western Call - Makes his second start of 2008 after being away since last October. Returned on the turf at this level and raced evenly. Moves back to the dirt and should offer up whatever he has left today. (# 2) Another Hades - Certainly is in racing "trim" as this will his third start of this young meet. Drops into a claimer for only the second time, and he finished second on this surface the only other occasion he raced with a price on his head. Coa's presence is noted. (# 7) Blue Monster - Son of "Tomorrow's Cat" has raced only once in his career, and that came at the Fair Grounds this past March. Started his career in a sharp barn (Paul McClelland) and is now with another (Alan Iwinski). May impact the exotics at a square price. BELMONT PARK Race #FIVE (3:05 PM Eastern) (# 6) HOT TABLE - I thought he may have been best in his latest, as he had to wait for a lane for almost two furlongs. Rallied strong when clear and was getting to the winner. Stays at the same tag and distance and can win this with a trouble free trip. (# 5) Kick Up Your Heels - Wide on both turns in his last and was beaten by four lengths by the top selection. He'll be making his third start off a November layoff and Prado gives it another go. (# 7) Youbethecan - Comes back from another layoff, but it's only six weeks. Mid-pack type is in the Richard Dutrow barn and trainer always has a good percentage off these short freshenings. Looks set for a top try. (# 9) Nikkinikkinikki - The 1 1/8th mile distance and the big sweeping turns of this race should be right in this runners wheel house. Blinkers come off and think he's well set-up by his trainer (Bob Barbara). BELMONT PARK Race #SIX (3:35 PM Eastern) (# 8) DANCING TIN MAN - Remarkably consistent closer got up in last at this track and distance despite an extremely wide trip. There appears to be a good pace that will develop and that will help his late-on-the-scene tactics out. Can make it two in a row today. (# 7) Personal Good - He's been freshened up since the end of the Gulfstream meet by trainer Mike McDonald. He's clearly improving quickly at this juncture and he had a great work at Calder before shipping here. Very dangerous. (# 1) Sumphin - Claimed last out of a winnning race by Dave Jacobson for $35,000. All of his turf races are good and he has the hedge and excellent tactical speed. Tries starter-allowance foes and he's more than capable of winning this. (# 11) Saint Barr - Richard Dutrow-trained runner has some speed and will be trying the infield for the first time. Capable at this level on the dirt, he looks like the main speed and could take them a long way. (# 3) Footloose Man - Lightly raced three-year-old broke his maiden last out at this track and distance. He's improving and has really upped his game since blinkers were added to his equipment. BELMONT PARK Race #NINE (5:05 PM Eastern) (# 10) TEN FORTY - Well-bred and lightly raced, he broke his maiden in easy fashion at Aqueduct on April 3. Race was his first in 15 months and he never had an anxious moment. Returns today for his first attempt against winners. He's working well and trainer Bruce Levine adds lasix, a very strong move by him (38%). (# 7) Newmont - Blinkers go on and he drops in class off a return where he showed good speed against better. Has a sharp work for an underrated trainer (Dan Peitz). Could be the fastest of these early. (# 8) Estimator - Made the top in last and held on to the place in his second off a seven week vacation. Think he's much better off using his fine stalking gear and he is more than capable of impacting this contest. (# 1) Bomber D Back - Likes to rally late and finished a good second last out at this tag despite a poor start. He's making his third start off a two-month rest and draws the ground-saving rail post. Should make his presence felt late. Horse Racing Picks Resources:
