Yesterday was a grerat day at the track highlighted by a $203.40 trifecta win (3-9-7) from Turf Paradise, race No. 8. Please see full results below. Today's Best Bet is # 7 Stormy Arctic in Race # 4 at Turfway Park. Tuesday's Results: Turf Paradise Race # 1 Top Pick Winner # 8 (Tealc) Paid $3.80. Orig. top pick Scratched. Turf Paradise Race # 6 Top Pick winner # 3 (Organ Pipe) Paid $3.40. Turf Paradise Race # 8 Top Pick winner # 3 (Red's Rose Basket) Paid $3.80. Exacta Top with 2nd Pick (3-9) Paid $21.80. Trifecta (3-9-7) Paid $203.40. Today's Horse Racing Picks: (# 6) SNARE - Improvement shown in all four starts to date. Asmussen runner flashed improved speed in last and just failed to hang on. Can stalk if someone else wants the lead. (# 7) Tough Bellesa - Logical contender ran well in last pair at this tag. Contessa/Dominguez runner should be involved from the start. Was beaten by four lengths by the top pick in latest. (# 8) Supporter - Medium support at the windows in Spa. debut. Had the misfortune of drawing a smashing wire-to-wire winner (Jovanna) in debut. Light work tab since that race on Sept. 3. Barn is having a sub-par year. (# 12) Saratoga Chance - Drops into a claimer for the first time. Has shown hints of ability while taking some money at the windows in a pair. Post is poor, but field is a bit weak. AQUEDUCT Race #EIGHT (3:40 PM Eastern) (# 4) PERFECT VOW - Very impressive allowance win off the bench for trainer Dan Peitz. Highly thought of colt is taking on some hard-hitters and giving away a lot of experience. Good test for him. He continues to train swiftly. (# 3) Stolen Time - Dangerous opponent is in very sharp condition right now. Contessa runner has been running well the entire year (12-2-7-1). Versatile running style is a plus. (# 7) Hurrah - Barn change to Julian Canet has turned runner around. At present he's in the best shape of his life. Stalker may get a favorable journey. (# 5) Executive Fleet - Sprinter in very sharp form stretches out for the first time in his career. Have to think that Lopez will put him right on the lead. There are other front runners, but none as fast. HAWTHORNE Race #SIX (4:50 PM Eastern) (# 8) SPAGHETTI MAN - Dropped in price in last race, his second off a layoff, produced a competitive effort. Was up near the pace and flattened late. Good shot at the maiden win. (# 2) G T's Walker - Excellent third-place finish in last when dropped in class. Son of "Pioneering" showed much improved speed and held well. Need only repeat it to contend (# 1) K.O.Posh - Blinkers go on colt who has already shown speed in his last. Looks to steal this one early. (# 9) Gallantin Guy - Improved in latest to be up close before tiring late. Drops again today and that makes him a contender. TURFWAY PARK Race #FOUR (6:50 PM Eastern) (# 7) STORMY ARCTIC - Mare drops down considerably for this after facing much better her whole career. Swift early, she went very fast in latest at Churchill before calling it a day. She has a pair of wins over this surface and may just be too much for this field. (# 6) Loretta's Angel - Has finished second in two of her last three at Hoosier Park. Last was her best effort of the season, and if the top mare tires, she may be in a good position to take advantage. (# 2) Melody Lane - Has never run on an artificial surface. Consistent sort is back with trainer Scott Sowie after a private purchase. He's done well with her. (# 1) Liberty Bellah - Ran well in last at Hoosier - her best effort in a while. Runs at this low tag in just about every start. Up-close style from the rail should help her chances. Horse Racing Picks Resources:
