Dallas has lost two straight after winning six in a row. This is the first time the Stars have lost two consecutive games in regulation for just the second time all season. They are second in the Western Conference only to Detroit. The Lighting have a HORRIBLE power play. The went 0-40 on the power play until they finally scored on in Los Angeles. Martin St. Louis scored on Tampa Bay's first attempt of the night with the man advantage, and assisted on a later power-play goal by Vincent Lecavalier. Dallas plays solid at home and they will continue to do so tonight. Dallas has won five of the last six meetings against Tampa Bay and is 17-4-3 all-time vs. the Lightning. I am taking the home team pretty big tonight. Dallas over Tampa Bay for three stars.
