**Sacramento +2 over WASHINGTON (1:00 Eastern)

All NBA teams experience ups and downs against the spread throughout the long season. That is the case here in this matchup. Prior to February 3 the Kings were sub-par ATS and through February 25 the Wizards had won 10 consecutive ATS. However, Sacramento is now on a 10-1 ATS winning roll. And Washington has lost its last three ATS. The Kings will have a huge momentum against the Wizards. The Kings are 2-0 ATS against the Wizards over the last two seasons. Sac is scoring 100ppg over their last five games while Washington is giving up 102 per game over that stretch. The Kings roll here.

**DALLAS -3.5 over Phoenix (3:30 Eastern)

Lay the reasonable "wood" with the home-standing Mavs in this Western Conference contest as Dallas has won both previous games SU and ATS, home and away. First of a two-game road trip for the Suns as they take on the Mavs who are 46-12 and who are tied with SA for the lead in the Southwest Division. Phoenix is 40-17 and leads the Pacific Division by a full seven games over the Clippers. Dallas makes a statement at home in this one in a preview of the Western Conference playoffs. No way Dallas dissapoints here after falling to San Antonio recently. Two stars on Dallas.

**MINNESOTA -4.5 over Golden State (3:35 Eastern)

Minnesota is struggling of late but they're happy to see the Warriors come to town. Minnesota is 11-5 ATS vs. Golden State here at home over the past decade. And, Golden State is floundering even more having dropped five of their last six both SU and ATS. Minnesota wants this one as they were embarrased by Golden State back on February 4th. They lost that game by 32 points and you know that's sticking in their mind today. Pro athletes don't take to that kind of embarrasement lightly. And, Minnesota has historically been very good at revenging blowout losses. They are 17-5 ATS at home over the past ten years revenging a loss of 20+ points. Golden State gives up nearly 102 ppg on the road and Minnesota plays much better at home. With the big revenge factor here, I like Minnesota to win and cover. Two stars on the T-Wolves.

****LA CLIPPERS -4 over Memphis (9:05 Eastern)

Western Conference playoff clubs collide Sunday when the Los Angeles Clippers host the Memphis Grizzlies. The Clippers are fifth in the Conference with a 33-24 record after losing their last Friday night in Utah 105-103. Memphis is sixth at 32-26 after winning its last two. In fact, the Grizzlies have picked up two games on the Clippers in their last 10 by going 6-4 while the Clippers were going 4-6. The Grizzlies will come in well-rested too after last playing Wednesday night at home when they defeated the New York Knicks 101-99. Los Angeles had their three-game winning streak snapped Friday after a closely-fought, 105-103 loss to Utah. Six players scored in double-digits for the Clippers in the defeat, with Elton Brand leading the team with 31. Corey Maggette made his return Friday night after missing 39 games with a foot injury. Maggette looked a little rusty, scoring 12 points on 3-of-11 shooting from the field With a game under their belts Corey Maggette and Chris Kaman back playing the Clippers should be ready to outmuscle and outsize the Grizzlies as they did in their earlier meeting in L.A. In that meeting back on February 2, Los Angeles defeated Memphis 91-87 as a 4-point home favorite. Tonight the Clippers will be focused after losing as a good-sized favorite on Friday. They've had time to stew about that loss and will be fired up tonight. As a home favorite of 6 or less, the Clippers are 12-3 ATS this season. Four stars on the Clippers.

How much to bet? I recommend 1% of your bankroll for every star. A one-star pick = 1% of bankroll. A five-star pick = 5% of bankroll. It is strongly recommended that you never bet more than 5% of your bankroll on any given game! Remember, there are no such thing as locks. Never bet over your head and you'll live to see another day. Approach your bets as an investment that grows steadily over the long-term. For more, see my write-up on Bankroll Management.
