darrell,
2-0
last night with MLB picks hitting 60% (39-26) over
the past three weeks. Three MLB picks tonight and
I've also got a full slate of College Football picks
today (seven picks). Football has been on fire with
NFL closing out the preseason on a torrid pace ending
on a 13-3
run and college football is 2-0 so far.

Good

**ATLANTA
-159 over Cincinnati (7:05 Eastern)
Jorge
Sosa takes the mound for the Braves. Sosa has been
a pleasent surprise for Atlanta, posting a 2.70
ERA and 9-3 record. Atlanta puts up 5.3 runs per
game at home while Cincinatti, very potent at home,
scores just 4.4 on the road. Over their past seven
games, Atlanta is scoring 5.4 while Cincinnati
has managed just 3.4 - a full two run difference.
Cincinatti's offense normally packs more of a punch
but no worries - Atlanta is 14-5 this season vs.
good power teams that average 1.25 or more HR's/game.
Two stars on the Braves.
**BOSTON
-162 over Baltimore (7:05 Eastern)
Boston
finally dropped one at home but they are still
19 of 21 at Fenway in their last twenty one
and 44-20 overall at home this season. Matt Clement
goes for the Sawx and he's 3-0 vs. the O's.
On the other side, Erik Bedard gets the call
and he's 1-1 vs. Boston with a 8.43 ERA. He hasn't
won in his last four starts and he's 0-6 since
the All-Star break vs. winning teams. Boston's
putting up unruly numbers (7.6 runs per game
in their
last seven and 6.4 per game at home on the year).
Favorites coming off a game in which they had
4 or less hits, with a struggling bullpen whose
ERA
is
over 6.00 the last 15 games are 43-12 (78%) over
the last 5 seasons. Two stars on Boston.
**Texas
-154 over KANSAS CITY (7:10 Eastern)
Texas
looks to make it 8-1 vs. the Royals this season
tonight. Texas is rolling, having won 9 of
their last 12 games. Jose Dominguez goes for
Texas and he's been very good recently, posting
a 2.33 ERA over his last three starts. In contrast,
DJ Carrasco has put up a 7.24 ERA in his last
three. Texas pounds out 5.7 runs per game vs.
right handed starters so it doesn't look good
for Carrasco and the Royals tonight. Two stars
on the Rangers who should dominate from start
to finish here.

How
much to bet? I recommend 1% of your bankroll for every
star. A one-star pick = 1% of bankroll. A five-star pick
= 5% of bankroll. It is strongly recommended that
you never bet more than 5% of your bankroll on any given
game! Remember, there are no such thing as locks.
Never bet over your head and you'll live to see another
day. Approach your bets as an investment that grows steadily
over the long-term. For more, see
my write-up on Bankroll
Management.
