Carolina at Cincinnati

Carolina blew Sunday's game against Atlanta due to dumb penalties and missed kicks, but the Panthers showed a lot more than Cincinnati in its miserable performance on Monday night while losing to the Browns 32-13. The Bengals were without Ja'Marr Chase, but that was no excuse for their all-around ineptness in every phase of the game. Joe Burrow was sacked five times and Cincinnati was held to 229 total yards and now it has a short week to prepare for the Panthers, who have played relatively well since Steve Wilks took over as interim coach. They kept it close against the Rams and then defeated Tampa Bay as a 13-point underdog and should have beaten the Falcons. P.J. Walker has done his part and threw for 317 yards against Atlanta, including the huge pass play to D.J. Moore that turned into a disaster when he removed his helmet. Carolina has gone UNDER five of its past seven games and it is 8-2 UNDER after allowing at least 30 points its previous game. The Bengals have stayed UNDER five straight after an ATS loss and they are 10-2-1 UNDER their past 13 games overall. Also, Cincinnati is 21-7-1 UNDER after losing by at least two touchdowns.
