Malcolm Gordon vs. Amir Albazi

A pair of fighters who prefer to take things to the ground square off here. Amir Albazi has split his last two fights and makes his UFC debut in this one. It's on short notice, too, as Aleksander Doskalchuk was forced off the card, and they called Albazi just 10 days ago. At 5-foot-5, he doesn't have a lot of power, and that will be a weak spot against Malcolm Gordon, who has a two-inch height advantage. Gordon is a former WXC and TKO flyweight champ, plus he had an impressive victory against Yoni Sherbatov. He is the better striker in this matchup, has won four in a row, and once on the mat he is lethal with his submission base.
