**Cleveland
-196 over KANSAS CITY (2:10 Eastern)
Ten
of eleven now for the Tribe. They are also 10-0 in
last ten vs. the Royals. Jake Westbrook goes for
Cleveland and he's 4-2 with a 1.75 ERA against KC.
Zack Grienke has has pitched well lately for KC but
has historically struggled against Cleveland (2-4).
Cleveland's offense is seemling unstoppable. They
are scoring nearly 9 runs per game over their last
seven games. Cleveland is rolling, rolling, rolling
and they are 11-1 this season when they've put up
an OBP of .375 or better over their last ten games.
They are 18-4 overall in September and 18-2 in the
second half of the season on the road vs. losing
teams! Favorites of -150 or
more on a streak where they have hit
a home run in 10 consecutive games, with a hot bullpen
whose WHIP is under 1.200 the last 10 games are 51-11
(82%) since 1997. Two stars on the Tribe to close
out the series with a sweep and keep the pressure
on the Red Sox and Yankees.
