If you've been with me all season, you know how much I LOVE the Cards after a loss and after a low-scoring performance. Today we have both. These guys just don't drop two straight here. They are 50-13 overall following a loss this season and 20-1 off a game in which they scored 1 run or less. Yes, I know the Clemens is going. But, he's 1-2 in his last three starts posting a 5.09 ERA. He's also 4-11 against division opponents this season. The last time Clemens went against St. Louis in the playoffs it was Game 7 of last year's NLCS. He yielded four runs in six innings as the Cards went on to wint 5-2 to advance to the Series. Like the Cards as a dog here again. One star on St. Louis.
