*St. Louis/SAN DIEGO Over 8 Runs (11:05 Eastern)
In game one, 13 runs were scored and in game two eight. But, in game two, the Pads hit into several double plays to fall short on good scoring opportunities. This game I expect to go over eight runs. Matt Morris goes for St. Louis. He has pitched well against San Diego but the OVER has come through more often than not in those games. For San Diego, Woody Williams gets the call. He has a 6.00 ERA against St. Louis and is coming off some pretty poor performances. St. Louis is scoring 7 runs per game by themselves lately and they should get quite a few today. Matt Morris is 17-7 OVER when the total is in this range over the past two seasons. And, with a hot team like St. Louis (having won 6 or 7 of their last 8 games), the OVER has come through in the division series 74% of the time (31-11) over the past five seasons. We'll look for a high scoring game for one star.
