Both
of these teams play terrific
on the defensive end
of the court, but the difference
lies on the
offensive end. I told you
early in the season that
the Wildcats may suprise
some people and finish in
the
top end of the Big East.
They are a young team, who
was in need of a confidence
boost. They got it last
Saturday while pounding previously
unbeaten Kansas.
Nova dropped an earlier meeting
with these two teams
by six points on the road.
It was a game that saw
them shoot only 37% from
the floor. That will change
tonight, and the campus will
have caught Nova fever.
I like Nova minus the points
here for two stars.
I
know, I know, I said just last weekend
that CU was
the worst team in the Big 12. Well, Julius
Ashby came
back which is huge for them down low
and will make a
big difference. Without him, they were
supremely
outmanned and outathleted down low. With
him, they
are pretty tough and they are on their
home court.
The Buffsa are a different team at Coors
Arena. Colorado is 8-2 ATS in home
games off an upset win
over a conference rival as an underdog
since 1997. This is not the same Missouri
team of
the last five years. Three stars on a
Colorado team
coming off a huge confidence-boosting win
at Iowa State.

Betting
Recommendations and Unit Tracking
My star ratings equate to the following betting recommendations for
each pick. For tracking purposes on my site, my bankroll is assumed
to be an even $5000.
* (1
star) = 1% of bankroll (or $50)
**
(2 star) = 2% of bankroll (or $100)
***
(3 star) = 3% of bankroll (or $150)
****
(4 star) = 4% of bankroll (or $200)
*****
(5 star) = 5% of bankroll (or $250)
******
(6 star) = 6% of bankroll (or $300)
To
determine your bet amount, you should simply use the percentages
below, multiplied by your specific bankroll. It is my
strong recommendation that you
never bet more than 10% of your bankroll on any given
game - ever! You should usually bet just a few percent.
There are no such thing as locks. See my
write-up on Bankroll
Management.
