Michigan
State has lost five straight at Wisconsin but this
is their year. I know the Badgers are 9-0 at Kohl Center
this season but they are without Devin Harris thi season
and forward Alando Tucker is hobbled. Without Tucker
in the game, the Badgers will be outmatched
here. State is on a roll, having won seven straight
and have crushed their first two Big Ten opponents.
Home teams as an underdog or pick coming off
a home win in January are just 97-158 (38%) ATS over
the last 5 seasons. One star pick on the Spartans.
NC
State has been on a slide since being ranked #12
in the country. They've dropped their last four games
and haven't won since last year. This is a great
game for a rebound and I like the matchup. Last season
the Wolfpack swept the Yellow Jackets. NC State is
27-11 ATS in conference games over the last
3
seasons
and
10-3
ATS in home games off 2 straight losses against conference
rivals since 1997. The Pack is also 13-4 ATS in
home games versus good defensive teams
(shooting pct defense of <42%) and 19-8 ATS in
home games when playing against a team with a winning
record over the last 3 seasons. This is a good matchup
and good situation for State to get healthy. Three
stars on the Wolfpack.

Betting
Recommendations and Unit Tracking
My star ratings equate to the following betting recommendations for
each pick. For tracking purposes on my site, my bankroll is assumed
to be an even $5000.
* (1
star) = 1% of bankroll (or $50)
**
(2 star) = 2% of bankroll (or $100)
***
(3 star) = 3% of bankroll (or $150)
****
(4 star) = 4% of bankroll (or $200)
*****
(5 star) = 5% of bankroll (or $250)
******
(6 star) = 6% of bankroll (or $300)
To
determine your bet amount, you should simply use the percentages
below, multiplied by your specific bankroll. It is my
strong recommendation that you
never bet more than 10% of your bankroll on any given
game - ever! You should usually bet just a few percent.
There are no such thing as locks. See my
write-up on Bankroll
Management.
