DePaul will suprise some people this season as they continue their ascent back to the top of college basketball. They face a tough slow-it-down type team here in Northwestern. Deiner and Greer lead DePaul into this game at 5-2 with wins against Bowling Green, and most recently the win at Notre Dame. Northwestern has not beaten anyone of note thus far this season, and while they did give UVA all they could handle on their home court, they were not able to beat the overrated Cavaliers. Northwestern is just 3-11 ATS after allowing 65 points or less 2 straight games over the last 3 seasons. Also, road teams scoring 67-74 PPG off two straight big wins by 10+ points when facing horrible offensive teams scoring under 63 PPG are a nice 29-7 ATS (81%) over the last 5 seasons.
